A deck around the side of the boathouse leads to the dock with mooring whips for a motorboat. There is a 15 foot diameter rave water trampoline (huge hit with the kids) and a floating raft (both shared with neighbour to the south) a short swim from the dock. Water levels fluctuate but generally it is more than 5 feet deep off of the dock. Good fishing right off the dock!
