This two level cottage has a Master bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining and living room area with rustic fireplace on the upper level, with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises. The lower level has two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with bunkbeds. There is a lower level family room with a pull out futon sofa and a walk out to a large deck with BBQ and outdoor table. Laundry facilities and two piece washroom are also located on this level.

The cottage is located 33 ft. from the dock where one can swim, boat and relax in the sun all day.

Located 10 min. from Bala and 20 min. from Gravenhurst; the cottage is 1 hour 45 min. from Toronto and is accessible via Hwy 11 or 400. Facilities include fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ and laundry facilities. Sleeping arrangements are 2 double beds a bunk bed and pull out futon sofa max 8 people.

Boating, biking, swimming, golf, fishing, horse back riding, hiking, canoeing are just some of the many activities available. Local community association offers swimming, sailing, canoeingj and arts and crafts programs for children in both July and August. Many fine dining opportunities are available close by via boat or car. Several weekly farmers markets occur in the area and many art, crafts, boating and antique shows are offered throughtout the summer

Check in times

The cottage is available afrom July 1st - August 3st. Check in is on Saturday morning and check out is on Friday by noon.
