Property Details

Year round three bedroom cottage located on Salmon Lake approximately 10 minutes from Parry Sound. Cottage has frigde, stove, microwave, washer, dryer. Living room, dining area and full bath. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Has large sand beach with walk out or jump of the dock or floating raft. Fire pit located at the beach. Rental includes use of paddle boat and canoe. Small row boat available for rent.

Policies & disclaimers

Price per week is $950.00. Half is due at time of booking and balance due once month prior to rental period

Check in times

Rental runs from Sunday at 5pm to Friday at 5pm for the months of July and August unless booked for a two week period. All other months bookings are flexible.


Seasonal Rates

High Season $950.00 per week sunay to Friday rental unless booked for more than one consecutive week. Weekends and lower weekly rate available in low season.
