Relax by the gas fireplace or set the central air conditioning to cool you from the hot summer days. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a TV, bathroom and bathtub.There is a balcony off the bed room with lake view. Policies & disclaimers
$300 refundable security deposit required. The cost of any damage caused by the customer or members of the customer's party will be deducted from the security deposit. The customer will be responsible for any damage in excess of the security deposit.A security deposit made by cheque will not be deposited unless there is a claim against it.
Check in times
April to September 2009: book by the week $1500 Saturday at 4 p.m. check in to Saturday at 10a.m check out . October 2009 to March 2010 Book by the week $1000. We request a 50% deposit to hold your reservation if made more than 45 days in advance. Balance due 45 days prior to reservation date. Reservations made less than 45 days in advance require a 100% deposit. Reservations cancelled 45 days or more in advance receive 100% refund. Less than 45 day notice 50% refund. To book a week or if you have any questions please call Janey 519-825-9057 $300 refundable security deposit is required. Please no smoking in the house, but you can enjoy a smoke on the deck facing the lake. We are glad to rent our house to families with children, but we have a no pet policy. It's not that we do not like pets, but we don't like the remains they leave behind. Linen and towels supplied but please bring your own beach towels and for the pool.
