There are extensive cedar decks including a 30'shore deck & 50'dock for relaxing or enjoying your favourite water sports! The custom kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances including fridge, stove with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave & all kitchen utensils. All 3 luxury bathrooms have glass shower enclosures, 2 with double sinks, and the 5 pc. ensuite even has a whirlpool tub and skylite! All beds have state of the art form fitting matresses! This executive style cottage may not appeal to young families due to the elevated nature of the property. NOTE: A boat is not provided with this rental and is necessary since this property is water access only. The cottage is only a 5 min. boat ride from many of the marinas in Honey Harbour which provide boat launch, parking, and boat rentals. More Info

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT: Since this is a brand new cottage with all new furniture, etc, a $1000 Refundable Security Deposit and a copy of the signed Rental Agreement must be received by the Owner within 12 days after the booking has been made, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. RENTAL PAYMENT: Full payment for the rental period must be received a minimum of 7 days in advance of the rental start date or the reservation will be cancelled and 50% of the security deposit will be forfeited. �
