Is Cottage Life Rentals a property management company?

No. Cottage Life Rentals is an advertising medium for Cottage Listers to connect with Cottage Renters. As a Cottage Lister, you have complete freedom over the transaction. We do not get involved in deposits, contracts, or screening potential renters.

How do Cottage Renters get in touch with me?

When you list with Cottage Life Rentals, your personal contact information is not published. Cottage Renters can click on the “Contact Owner” link in your listing. This generates an email form that goes from Cottage Life Rentals to you. When you choose to reply, and that email reply goes directly back to the Cottage Renter. Now the lines of communication are open.

What if my rental gets fully booked?

You have the freedom to turn your listing on or off at anytime. Simply email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will publish or unpublish your listing. There is no charge for you to publish/unpublish your listing during your term, but there are no refunds for the unused portion of your term.

How can I pay for my listing?

The listing fee of $60 per year is securely processed using PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to process your payment. You can pay with VISA or MasterCard. Your listing will be automatically renewed annually through PayPal unless you cancel preapproved payments.
